This project focuses on the creation and benefits of five homemade nutritional supplements designed specifically to address common health challenges faced by women. By utilizing traditional kitchen wisdom and natural ingredients, the project provides accessible solutions for hormonal balance, digestive wellness, and overall vitality. The Idea: The core idea is to bridge the gap between modern lifestyle challenges and traditional nutrition. Many women face issues like PCOD, anemia, thyroid imbalances, and digestive problems. This project introduces cost-effective, chemical-free, and easy-to-prepare food powders made from common ingredients like flax seeds, fenugreek, oats, and amla as a complementary support to medical treatment.
